423d Medical Squadron No-Show Policy

Please show up 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the required paperwork. If you are 10 minutes late, this will be counted as a No-Show and it will be at the doctor’s discretion whether they will still see you.

How to Cancel an Appointment

If you cannot attend your appointment for the day, please contact the reception of the specialty area to cancel the appointment:

Identification

You must have a valid, unexpired DoD identification card for all appointments. If your child is 10 years old or over, they must also have this identification for their appointments.

Family Health

Children under the age of 18 years old must have a legal guardian with them during the appointment, as well as for any immunizations given by the Clinic.

Inside normal scope of operations, RAF Alconbury operates walk in immunizations on Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:30 to 4 p.m. For further details please call the appointment line on 44-01480-842273 / 314-268-2273.

Dental

Children under the age of 16 years old cannot be left unattended without a legal guardian present or without a consent form signed.

Mental Health

Children under the age of 18 years old cannot be left unattended without a legal guardian present.

Closures
The Laboratory and Pharmacy are closed daily, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. The Clinic is closed for all major Federal holidays, USAFE family days, and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for training.
