The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Lab Tests & Radiology

Tests & X-rays at the 423d Medical Squadron: RAF Alconbury does not have any radiology capability within the military treatment facility. Aall X-rays, MRI’s or other radiology services will be sent to RAF Lakenheath or the British Health Economy via the referral process, and will need to be coordinated by your primary care manager.

RAF Alconbury has Laboratory that operates within Clinic. Laboratory tests will have to be ordered by your primary care manager.
